DevOps Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Design, build, operate, and improve platform services, including on-call ownership.
• Deliver infrastructure as code with Terraform, Helm, and ArgoCD using GitOps practices.
• Build developer experience tooling, including onboarding templates, CI/CD pipelines, local development environments, and self-service capabilities.
• Develop agent infrastructure such as sandboxed execution environments, credential brokering, guardrails, MCP servers, and agent skills.
• Improve observability and alerting so system health is visible and actionable.
• Participate in incident response and post-incident reviews focused on systemic improvements.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience running production Kubernetes on GCP, Azure, or AWS.
• Working knowledge of Terraform, Helm, and GitOps delivery patterns such as ArgoCD or Flux.
• Proficiency in Python and ability to work in other programming languages when needed.
• Demonstrated mastery of AI coding agents, including scoping work, building supporting context and tooling, and identifying incorrect output before production.
• Ability to explain engineering decisions involving immutable infrastructure, trunk-based development, SLOs, and machine-generated changes.
• Strong written communication, comfort with ambiguity, and initiative in identifying priorities.
