Head of DevOps (AI)

Location: Remote in Europe or Israel

hirify.global is an AI company developing NEXUS, a Large Tabular Model for enterprise decision-making.

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a DevOps engineering team and define the infrastructure roadmap.
• Architect and oversee multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Drive the evolution of Kubernetes clusters for GPU workloads, production SaaS hosting, and enterprise deployment models.
• Establish GitOps, infrastructure as code, monitoring, and observability standards using tools such as ArgoCD and Terraform.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Research, FDE, and ML engineers on model training and serving infrastructure.
• Own infrastructure reliability, performance, security, and cloud cost optimization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and DevOps, including 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Experience building and leading high-performing infrastructure teams.
• Deep Kubernetes expertise, including multi-cluster management, GPU workload optimization, scheduling, autoscaling, networking, and security.
• Strong cloud networking, CI/CD, Terraform, GitOps, and monitoring experience.
• At least 3 years of Python experience and strong communication skills.
• Must be able to work remotely from Europe or Israel.

Nice to have

• Experience with MLflow, Kubeflow, FastAPI, Databricks, Snowflake, SRE practices, or cloud security certifications.
• Hands-on experience with Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
• Experience scaling infrastructure for AI/ML startups.
