Financial Systems Business Analyst

Location: New Brunswick, Canada

Salary: $61,500–$80,000 CAD per year

What you will do

• Map current- and future-state finance processes and identify workflow improvements.
• Gather, document, and refine business requirements with stakeholders, project teams, IT, vendors, and external partners.
• Support ERP configuration, implementation activities, and integration discussions.
• Develop and execute SIT and UAT scenarios, track issues, and support resolution.
• Assist with data migration through data mapping and validation.
• Support user readiness through training and change-related activities while acting as a liaison between end users and delivery partners.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in Finance or ERP projects.
• Strong understanding of financial processes including GL, AP, AR, reporting, and procurement workflows.
• Hands-on experience with ERP implementations, BRDs, user stories, process mapping, testing, and UAT.
• Clear and confident communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with vendors and supporting transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver practical system or workflow improvements.
