Financial Systems Business Analyst (ERP)

Location: New Brunswick, Canada

Salary: $61,500–$75,000 CAD per year, plus eligibility for performance-based incentive programs.

What you will do

• Map current- and future-state finance processes and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
• Gather, document, and refine business requirements with stakeholders, project teams, IT, vendors, and external partners.
• Support ERP configuration, implementation activities, and integration discussions.
• Develop and execute SIT and UAT scenarios, track issues, and support resolution.
• Assist with data migration through data mapping and validation.
• Support user readiness through training and change-related activities while acting as a liaison between end users, project teams, and external partners.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience supporting ERP implementations, documenting business requirements through BRDs or user stories, process mapping, and testing/UAT.
• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in Finance or ERP projects.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, including GL, AP, AR, and reporting, as well as procurement and purchasing workflows.
• Clear and confident communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with vendors and supporting transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, project-based environment.
• Ability to partner with Finance teams, assess processes, and deliver practical system or workflow improvements.
