Business Systems Analyst Co-op (Winter 2027) (Banking)

Location: Toronto, ON; hybrid work arrangement with 1–3 days per week on-site and the remaining days remote.

Temporary fixed-term position, 37.5 hours per week, with 4-month opportunities available.

What you will do

• Support the design and implementation of large-scale technology projects and initiatives.
• Work with Business Partners to formulate complex business requirements and discuss solution designs.
• Contribute to complex projects and design strategic solutions aligned with the enterprise architecture roadmap.
• Build relationships with Business Partners, colleagues, and managers to support effective partnerships and cooperative learning.
• Research, interpret, assess, and communicate ideas and opinions clearly.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in post-secondary education and returning to full-time studies. Enrollment in a registered Co-op program is not required.
• Ability to guide the formulation of complex business requirements and participate in solution design discussions.
• Strong relationship-building skills with Business Partners, colleagues, and managers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Critical thinking, attention to detail, curiosity, and the ability to investigate complex problems and interpret information.
• Ability to work collaboratively, adapt to change, and communicate detailed information meaningfully.
• Legally eligible to work at the specified location and, where applicable, holding a valid work or study permit.

Hiring process
