Manufacturing Test Technician (MDP MF)

Location: Singapore, SGP; onsite work in a cleanroom and manufacturing environment

What you will do

• Build, repair, and test electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic assemblies, subassemblies, and components.
• Follow work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, parts lists, and operating instructions during assembly and testing.
• Perform troubleshooting, repairs, audits, and process improvements under moderate supervision.
• Use test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps to test equipment.
• Inspect incoming parts for defects and verify that required components are available.
• Complete job documentation and perform data entry, programming, repairs, or software installations when needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• 1–2 years of semiconductor or display experience, or comparable industry or military experience.
• Ability to follow written and verbal standard operating procedures.
• Knowledge of basic hand tools.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, lift, work in tight spaces, distinguish colors, and use hand and power tools.
• Ability to work with required cleanroom personal protective equipment and operate heavy machinery such as forklifts when needed.

Nice to have

• Associate’s degree, technical education, certification, or relevant training.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills using established operating procedures or scientific methods.
• ASSEET or BSEET qualification, including DeVry or TSTC training.
