What you will do

• Deliver capital projects supporting manufacturing safety, infrastructure, sustainability, reliability, growth, and asset improvement.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and business cases from inception through completion.
• Manage consultants, suppliers, and contractors across design, construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Engage stakeholders and collaborate with Manufacturing and Supply Chain Operations teams.
• For senior opportunities, lead complex capital projects and programmes, manage multiple projects, and mentor team members.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrated project management experience delivering capital projects in industrial environments such as manufacturing, food processing, dairy, utilities, or energy.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, relationship management, organisational, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to health, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• For senior opportunities: significant complex-project experience, leadership and mentoring capability, advanced contracting, commercial and risk management skills, and experience influencing senior leaders.
