Field Service Technician I (Medical Equipment)

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah, United States; onsite field service across service centers, healthcare facilities, and private homes

Salary: $43,200–$59,400 estimated annual base salary

What you will do

• Move, inspect, load, unload, and position medical products in service centers, healthcare facilities, private homes, and vehicles.
• Clean, disinfect, troubleshoot, evaluate, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on hirify.global and non-hirify.global medical products.
• Provide on-call delivery, removal, and service coverage, including weekends and holidays, with coverage potentially required 24/7.
• Demonstrate hirify.global product use to hospital staff, caregivers, and other users.
• Use smartphones, tablets, and PCs to enter and retrieve service information.
• Operate company vehicles from cargo vans to 26,000-pound trucks while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain and maintain a DOT physical card.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 65 pounds using safe and ergonomic procedures.
• Ability to wear required PPE, including safety shoes, eye protection, gloves, and protective clothing, and complete safety, compliance, and medical testing requirements.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
