Senior Software Development Engineer (Security)

What you will do

• Lead the technical vision and architecture for mission-critical software security systems.
• Automate portions of the penetration testing experience to improve security and builder efficiency.
• Identify high-value opportunities, rapidly prototype solutions, and evaluate them with software and security teams.
• Design and implement scalable software that reduces manual security processes and mitigates risks.
• Translate complex security requirements into high-performance tools protecting millions of customers and billions in transactions.
• Collaborate with local, international, and cross-functional security and engineering teams on a greenfield product.

Requirements

• Professional, non-internship software development experience, including development within the last three years.
• Programming experience in at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C#, including object-oriented design.
• Experience with algorithms, data structures, advanced systems concepts, and software design.
• Experience mentoring, serving as a technical lead, or leading an engineering team.
• Experience leading architecture and design for new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent, and experience across the software development lifecycle, are preferred.
