Media Production Specialist

Location: Hybrid in Lexington, Massachusetts; minimum of 2 days onsite and 3 days remote. Must live within 100 miles of Lexington and be a US citizen.

What you will do

• Create training materials for video, graphics, presentations, documents, websites, and other media formats.
• Identify training needs and priorities and develop training strategies with stakeholders.
• Create and deliver training for Aras Innovator product lifecycle management software.
• Collaborate with engineering, fabrication, design, process, and end-user subject matter experts to validate content.
• Maintain training documents, data, environments, communication channels, and user support resources.
• Collect user feedback, share system best practices, and communicate enhancement ideas to the development team.

Requirements

• US citizenship and ability to obtain an interim or active Secret Clearance.
• At least 10 years of applicable experience in electronic media production, audiovisual hardware, video creation and editing, presentation and document design, training delivery, and training environment maintenance.
• At least 3 years of experience creating training materials for and training staff on Aras Innovator.
• Experience working in prototyping environments and understanding engineering workflows.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including SharePoint organization and site design, plus strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree, particularly in engineering, mechanical engineering, systems engineering, communications, or information systems management.
• Experience with Jira, test management tools, wikis, project management, or collaboration in a matrixed environment.
• Experience in design, engineering, manufacturing, or customer demonstrations involving PLM or ERP systems.
