Creative Content Producer (Video)

Location: Columbus, Ohio, United States; travel to trade shows, customer visits, and field installations is approximately 10–20%.

What you will do

• Capture high-quality photo and video content covering products, people, customers, environments, events, and field installations.
• Lead shoots at trade shows, customer locations, company events, and manufacturing sites.
• Edit, color grade, and prepare final deliverables for web, print, social media, press, and marketing campaigns.
• Create motion graphics, light VFX, short-form video, cutdowns, GIFs, reels, banners, slide decks, web graphics, trade show graphics, and one-pagers.
• Coordinate shoot logistics, shot lists, timelines, and deliverables with marketing and operations.
• Maintain visual consistency with brand standards and organize the tagged media library; the role can expand into brand stewardship and creative direction.

Requirements

• 5+ years producing photo and video content in a marketing, agency, or in-house creative role, or equivalent demonstrated ability; portfolio quality is weighted heavily.
• Experience owning creative work end to end, from concept through final delivery, independently.
• Strong command of Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects, or equivalent tools.
• Ability to work independently on a small team, scope shoots, manage timelines, and deliver with limited oversight.
• Willingness to work in an active manufacturing environment and follow site safety requirements.
• Availability to travel approximately 10–20% for trade shows, customer visits, and field installations.

Nice to have

• Experience shooting industrial, manufacturing, or technical subject matter.
• Motion graphics, 3D, or CAD visualization skills.
• Trade show or live event production experience.
• Familiarity with brand systems and established design standards.
