What you will do

• Coordinate activities across assigned areas of the GMP program.
• Train, supervise, and instruct employees on tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor work activities, recommend training, and issue discipline when required.
• Inspect work areas, equipment, and conditions for sanitation, OSHA, and site-specific SOP compliance.
• Track equipment and supplies inventory and schedule equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Prepare reports, maintain training and operational records, and report personnel or customer issues to management.

Requirements

• Familiarity with supervisor responsibilities.
• Ability to perform assigned employee duties and essential responsibilities safely and satisfactorily.
• Ability to monitor personal protective equipment use and correct at-risk behavior immediately.
• Some travel may be required.
