Senior Facilities Operations Manager (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Manage Facilities and Engineering operations covering buildings, machinery, plants, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Support CapEx and OpEx budgeting and optimize the use of facilities resources.
• Develop annual maintenance plans, departmental procedures, safety systems, and process improvement initiatives.
• Operate and maintain Building Management Systems while monitoring maintenance performance through MTTR and MTBF metrics.
• Direct and monitor service providers, manage spares and inventory, and coordinate modification works.
• Ensure statutory compliance and collaborate with EHS, Security, Administration, and government agencies.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience with ISO and regulatory audit certifications.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Availability for flexible hours and participation in a 24/7 Emergency Response Team when required.

• Pharma GMP/QMS exposure.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical and scientific R&D industry.
