UX UI Product Designer

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design processes for complex products and features, from research and discovery through design, prototyping, and implementation.
• Design intuitive, polished user experiences and contribute to the evolution of the Design System.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Use AI tools and Claude Code for research, problem exploration, rapid prototyping, and product development.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Design experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience designing complex systems and data-rich products.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including prototyping and Design Systems.
• Ability to independently lead design initiatives and take ownership of projects.
• Strong product thinking, communication, collaboration, and cross-functional teamwork skills.
• A portfolio demonstrating UX, UI, problem-solving, and product thinking.

Nice to have

• Experience designing AI-powered products and experiences.
• Familiarity with GitHub and modern engineering collaboration workflows.
• Experience in the finance industry or designing for finance professionals.
