What you will do

• Design and implement automotive security solutions based on customer and hirify.global requirements.
• Develop security software from initial concept through implementation.
• Implement, test, and debug applications and systems on test benches, HIL environments, and prototypes.
• Collaborate with internal experts and customers to explain and align security concepts.
• Ensure system-wide security integration, robustness, and reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of practical, hands-on engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of security design principles and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with embedded system and application development, preferably in automotive systems.
• Knowledge of automotive security concepts including software updates, key provisioning, intrusion detection, secure boot, and HSMs.
• Strong C programming and embedded systems fundamentals, with experience using Python, Bash, command-line tools, and Regex.

Nice to have

• Experience with CAN, SecOC, MACsec, IPsec, and TLS.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Git, and CMake.
• Knowledge of AUTOSAR Classic; AUTOSAR Adaptive knowledge is advantageous.
