Teamlead - Security Incident Response (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Set up and maintain digital forensics and incident response tools and infrastructure.
• Provide first response during security incidents, conduct digital forensics, and mitigate post-incident risks.
• Maintain and improve the SIEM, monitoring, and scanning tools.
• Automate routine security tasks and detection workflows using Python or another programming language.
• Integrate agentic AI into security operations and investigate security alerts.
• Create incident response playbooks and implement preventative measures for current threats and zero-day vulnerabilities.

Requirements

• Background in cybersecurity with experience in incident response, blue teaming, or digital forensics in cloud-native environments.
• Proficiency with SIEM tools and Linux.
• Leadership experience, formal or informal.
• Ability to write scripts and programs to automate tasks.
• Experience leveraging agentic AI beyond question-and-answer chat.
• Fluent English skills, spoken and written.

Nice to have

• Web application firewall experience, preferably with Cloudflare.
• SANS/GIAC training, OffSec OSIR, or incident response challenges on HackTheBox or TryHackMe.
• Knowledge of Laravel or PHP.
• Experience with AWS or GCP.
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD, Terraform, or Terragrunt.
