Payroll Controller

What you will do

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding payroll documentation, including Forms 101 and 161.
• Prepare, review, and validate monthly payroll data across multiple countries.
• Coordinate with local payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Verify variable compensation components, including bonuses, commissions, overtime, and deductions.
• Reconcile payroll reports before management approval and maintain employee payroll records.
• Support payroll audits, year-end reporting, compliance activities, and employee payroll queries.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of payroll experience, preferably in a high-tech company.
• Certified Senior Payroll Accountant Diploma from an institute of certified public accountants.
• Deep knowledge of Israeli payroll laws, tax regulations, and labor compliance.
• Strong Excel skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
