What you will do

• Manage accounts payable balances and process vendor invoices.
• Reconcile company bank accounts and credit card activity.
• Oversee accounts receivable, including invoice issuance and reconciliations.
• Process travel and employee reimbursements and support monthly payments and approval flows.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing procedures.
• Prepare monthly and yearly submissions to tax authorities.

Requirements

• Certified bookkeeper, type 2 or 3.
• At least 5 years of experience in hi-tech companies.
• Experience with NetSuite is required.
• Strong office skills, especially Excel.
• High-level English is required.
• Detailed-oriented, highly organized, structured, and able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
