QA Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of QA engineers and professionals.
• Define and execute QA strategies, methodologies, processes, and best practices.
• Plan and oversee testing, automation, regression testing, defect management, and software releases.
• Collaborate with R&D, Product, DevOps, and other teams to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle.
• Establish quality KPIs and continuously improve QA processes and efficiency.
• Support the team in resolving complex quality and technical challenges.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in QA or software testing, including significant leadership or management experience.
• Proven experience managing and developing QA teams.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, processes, best practices, and the software development lifecycle.
• Experience collaborating with Software Development and Product teams in an Agile environment.
• Experience with test automation and modern QA tools and frameworks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
