Senior Associate, Coverage & Pricing Strategy, Inflammation

What you will do

• Conduct pricing, reimbursement, contracting, and gross-to-net analyses to support Avsola and inflammation portfolio strategy.
• Manage Avsola coverage and pricing decisions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support pricing and contracting software platforms, including Conga and Contracting IQ.
• Track payer coverage and portfolio performance and maintain dashboards on market conditions and coverage goals.
• Synthesize cross-functional data for scenario planning, business insights, communications, and approved materials.
• Lead or support cross-functional projects and collaborate with senior leadership and committees.

Requirements

• Master’s degree, or a bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Relevant experience may include sales, marketing, contracting, pricing, finance, accounting, analytics, healthcare, or sales operations.
• Strong financial, quantitative, qualitative, analytical, communication, and conceptual problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret complex data, synthesize information from multiple sources, and produce actionable business insights.
• Familiarity with commercial and government pricing dynamics and payer contracting structures.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology environments and interest in the U.S. healthcare system are preferred.
