What you will do

  • Develop, optimize, and execute analytical methods for siRNA and oligonucleotide characterization.
  • Perform purity assessment, identity confirmation, quantification, and impurity profiling using HPLC, LC-MS, and spectroscopy.
  • Develop analytical strategies for modified siRNAs, antibody-siRNA conjugates, and novel delivery formats.
  • Generate, review, and interpret analytical data while maintaining data integrity and quality standards.
  • Maintain experimental records, SOPs, and analytical reports.
  • Partner with synthesis, antibody conjugation, screening, and CMC teams and present scientific findings.

Requirements

  • BS, MS, or PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
  • Typically 0–4+ years of relevant experience with a PhD, 8–10+ years with an MS, or 10–12+ years with a BS.
  • Hands-on experience characterizing siRNA, ASO, or related modalities.
  • Strong proficiency in RP-HPLC, IEX-HPLC, IP-RP-HPLC, LC-MS, and UV spectroscopy.
  • Knowledge of RNA chemistry, oligonucleotide modifications, conjugation chemistry, and chromatographic and mass spectrometric data analysis.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex analytical problems, improve methods independently, and communicate scientific findings clearly.
