🕕 Shift: 09:00 to 18:00 | 5 days/week

Requirements:
• 4 to 5 years of IT Support / Service Desk experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), VPN, RDP & VoIP
• Experience with ticketing systems and incident management
• Excellent English communication skills
