IT Specialist (Microsoft Azure)

What you will do

• Support company users and resolve complex 2nd- and 3rd-line IT issues.
• Maintain Microsoft on-premises infrastructure, including Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Administer Microsoft Azure services, including Entra ID and Office 365.
• Manage backup and mobile device management tools and policies.
• Configure and support corporate productivity, collaboration, and business workflow tools.
• Contribute to IT upgrades, new deployments, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a corporate IT environment as an IT Specialist, IT Administrator, or in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft on-premises and Azure infrastructure, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, and Office 365.
• Experience with backup and MDM solutions.
• Experience supporting corporate productivity and collaboration software and business workflows.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, documentation, and prioritization skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken; an English CV is required.
