T Hub - IoT Service Operations Engineer (Mobile Core)

Location: Warsaw, Marynarska 12, Poland. Hybrid work model with 2–3 days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Ensure operational excellence and service quality for international M2M/IoT connectivity services.
• Coordinate Incident, Problem and Change Management processes and participate in the Change Advisory Board.
• Support service-impacting changes, vendor escalations, change execution and vendor performance assessment.
• Define and monitor service quality KPIs covering availability, stability, response times and customer experience.
• Document end-to-end service architecture, service chains, operational procedures and expert guidelines.
• Support monitoring strategy improvements, ITIL optimization, new service launches and operational readiness before commercial deployment.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in telecommunications, network operations, mobile data services or IT infrastructure.
• Understanding of 2G/3G/4G/5G mobile network architecture and services.
• Knowledge of Mobile Core technologies including APN, DNS, Diameter, Radius, PGW and EPC/ePC.
• Good understanding of IPv4/IPv6, routing, DHCP, subnetting and network troubleshooting.
• Experience with network diagnostics and packet analysis tools such as Wireshark.
• Good English communication skills; German is an advantage.

Nice to have

• Experience with IoT/M2M services, eBGP and routing principles.
• Experience with ELK/Kibana environments and service monitoring platforms.
• ITIL certification or practical ITIL experience.
