Salary: $170,000–$240,000 USD annually

hirify.global is building an AI platform for wealth professionals and partnering with financial advisors to improve the accessibility, affordability, and quality of financial advice.

What you will do

  • Own the product strategy and long-term roadmap for the portfolio reporting experience.
  • Research advisor and end-client needs through interviews, market research, competitive analysis, and product analytics.
  • Translate complex financial concepts, calculations, and data workflows into accurate and actionable product experiences.
  • Partner with Engineering and Design to scope and ship high-impact products, maintain the backlog, and improve delivery speed and quality.
  • Evaluate reporting requirements, data dependencies, vendor capabilities, market-data partnerships, and integrations.
  • Work with Customer Success, Market Data, Compliance, Product Marketing, and other product teams to manage risk, drive adoption, and improve customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, investment management, or another data-intensive product environment.
  • Strong financial acumen and knowledge of investment concepts, portfolio analysis, performance measurement, and reporting standards such as GIPS.
  • Experience working with financial, market, or portfolio data and communicating quantitative concepts clearly.
  • Understanding of modern product discovery and delivery practices, with a track record of measurable product results.
  • Experience in a regulated industry and appreciation for accuracy, auditability, controls, and operational risk.
  • Deep technical literacy, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a STEM or quantitative bachelor's or master's degree.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with market-data providers such as Morningstar.
  • CFA qualification.
