Program Security Representative (PSR) III (SAP)

Location: Arlington, Virginia; onsite workplace. U.S. citizenship is required.

Salary: $137,870–$186,530 per year.

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day multidisciplinary security support for customer Special Access Programs, Sensitive Compartmented Information, and collateral activities.
• Develop, execute, and improve policies and procedures for safeguarding classified and sensitive information in accordance with NISPOM, DoD, DCID, ICD, and SAP requirements.
• Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks; assess security shortfalls; and recommend improvements to policies, procedures, and systems.
• Develop, implement, and train personnel on Operations Security programs and security education and awareness.
• Conduct and document SAP facility compliance reviews, follow-up reviews, and close-outs; monitor and track corrective actions.
• Investigate losses, compromises, or suspected compromises of classified information, brief stakeholders, and provide leadership, mentoring, and oversight to team members.

Requirements

• 10+ years of related experience.
• At least 2 years of Special Access Program experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related area, or an Associate’s degree in a related area plus 2 years of experience, or equivalent experience of 4 years.
• SFPC may count toward 3 years of experience; SPSC may count toward 5 years of experience. Maximum equivalent experience from SPED certifications is 5 years.
• TS/SCI clearance is required to start.
• Must be able to attain TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Willingness to travel 10–25%.
