Robot Service Technician Assistant

Location: Knoxville, Tennessee; onsite only; U.S. work authorization required

hirify.global is a U.S.-based autonomous vehicle startup developing and operating autonomous cars and delivery robots.

What you will do

• Prepare robots by checking hardware and software readiness for deployment.
• Manage robot and battery charging cycles to maintain fleet readiness.
• Clean robots and protect external hardware.
• Perform basic mechanical repairs, service campaigns, calibrations, and wheel alignment.
• Act as an onsite field contact for remote support coordinators.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop.

Requirements

• Comfort working in varied field environments.
• Ability to safely lift and move items over 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and a logical approach to problem-solving.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice to have

• General computer literacy.
• Introductory experience or interest in EV service, automotive repair, or electronics.

• Part-time weekend schedule covering Saturday and Sunday.
• Most campuses offer approximately 16 hours per weekend, usually split into two eight-hour shifts.
