What you will do

• Drive reverse engineering analyses and investigations with teardown support and laboratory teams.
• Prepare reports that support market and competitive analysis.
• Support design migration using relevant tools and methodologies, including AI-enabled coding and automation.
• Collect, analyze, and visualize data for technology benchmarking and structural analysis.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on technology scaling, design optimization, and competitiveness initiatives.
• Follow Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Requirements

• Graduating with a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Overall GPA of at least 3.0 and good academic standing.
• Written and verbal English fluency required.
• Availability for up to 10% travel.
• Understanding of semiconductor device operation, basic circuit design, semiconductor processing technology, and related design rules.

Nice to have

• Related internship or co-op experience.
• Leadership experience in work, academic projects, or competitions.
• Project management, planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Cadence Virtuoso, KLayout, Calibre, statistical methods, Python, or other programming languages.
