Product Manager, World ID (Web3)

Location: San Francisco, United States

Salary: $208,000–$245,000 per year, plus a long-term incentive package.

What you will do

• Define and lead the multi-year roadmap for hirify.global ID features.
• Understand user and developer needs through regular engagement and research.
• Own roadmap-related metrics and analytics.
• Define the long-term strategic roadmap with the broader hirify.global ID team.
• Lead product development from concept and requirements through engineering enablement and go-to-market.
• Act as an internal and external evangelist and accountable lead for the features owned.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience in a relevant domain such as fintech, payments, digital identity, Web3, or DeFi.
• Deep understanding of privacy and data governance standards and product experiences.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience defining product vision, go-to-market strategy, and product design, ideally for mobile-first experiences.
• Ability to design processes, navigate ambiguity, and turn high-level goals into actionable roadmaps.
• Degree in Computer Science, Math, or Statistics, or experience in an engineering- or design-focused role is highly preferred.

Nice to have

• Deep understanding of Web3 technologies and crypto-native experiences.
• Experience as a founder or individual contributor leading product vision.
