What you will do

• Design interfaces across software platforms from early concepts through shipped products.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and brand partners to create cohesive, high-quality experiences.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems across product surfaces.
• Explore interaction paradigms for agentic, voice-first, and multimodal AI.
• Contribute to design culture and raise the quality bar for craft across the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing interfaces for software products.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design, interaction design, and systems thinking.
• Deep proficiency in design systems.
• Experience shipping products across web and mobile platforms.
• Ability to clearly communicate design decisions with cross-functional partners.
• Comfort working in ambiguity and moving quickly without sacrificing quality, with curiosity about AI and human-computer interaction.
