Senior Technical Implementation Specialist (AI)

Location: Remote; hirify.global is remote-first, with office presence in San Francisco and New York. R&D roles follow a hybrid schedule with two days per week in the San Francisco office.

What you will do

• Configure the hirify.global platform for new customers and established healthcare use cases.
• Lead customer-facing implementation meetings, gather requirements, manage timelines, and drive follow-up actions.
• Provide omnichannel customer support and create documentation covering platform best practices.
• Partner with Account Management, Product Solutions, and Sales to define use-case templates and support contract expansions.
• Communicate customer feedback and product requirements to Engineering and Product teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Implementation, Technical Account Management, or a related field.
• Direct customer-facing or customer relationship management experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with APIs and/or healthcare integration standards such as FHIR and HL7, plus JSON, XML, and YAML.
• Clear communication, structured organization, independent prioritization, and a customer-focused approach to unstructured problems.
• Interest in healthcare and experience working in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to have

• Healthcare experience in data quality management, prior authorizations, or benefits verification.
• BA/BS degree.
