Senior Specialist, Network Contracting (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, open to candidates residing in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, or Texas; occasional travel may be required for team meetings and company events.

Salary: $71,539–$93,895 per year, plus benefits, unlimited vacation, and annual performance bonuses.

What you will do

• Negotiate and manage Single Case Agreements and contracts with hospitals, health systems, and individual healthcare providers.
• Review provider contracts and identify opportunities to improve terms, costs, and compliance.
• Analyze provider financial issues, competitor strategies, network performance, costs, provider satisfaction, and operational KPIs.
• Support contracting policies, workflows, provider onboarding, training, and resource distribution.
• Resolve provider issues and collaborate with Claims, Credentialing, and Contracting teams.
• Build provider relationships and participate in process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in provider network operations, contracting, or provider services.
• 1+ year of experience in health insurance, including individual or Medicare Advantage insurance, and/or the healthcare industry.
• 1+ year of experience navigating and organizing large datasets such as claim files and provider rosters.
• Ability to comply with applicable laws, regulations, organizational standards, and contracting requirements.
