Investment Adviser Rep Support Specialist (ISP Field Support Rep 5)

Location: Remote position based in Duluth, Georgia, United States

Salary: Up to $60,000 annually

What you will do

• Monitor and respond to telephone inquiries regarding managed accounts.
• Answer questions from clients, agents, and representatives.
• Research written and verbal inquiries and communicate findings clearly.
• Work with associates and management to recommend and implement department changes, improvements, and enhancements.
• Protect the company's authority to do business and complete assigned duties within required time frames.
• Handle multiple priorities and communicate professionally with customers under pressure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or relevant experience in the securities and/or finance industries in lieu of a degree.
• Customer service experience.
• Required securities licenses: Series 6/7, 24/26, and 65/66.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, and PC computer skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes in procedures and policies, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet quality expectations.
• Leadership ability and a proven ability to communicate professionally with irate customers.
