Business Management Analyst

What you will do

• Support worldwide Personal Systems category business planning and business management processes.
• Contribute to BMS planning, including weekly MOR and BOR reviews.
• Coordinate reports and data analysis to provide insights into hirify.global performance.
• Build business plans, forecasts, statistical models, and financial models to support decision-making.
• Define performance metrics, compare actual results with forecasts, and identify performance gaps and corrective actions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and prepare concise executive presentations and recommendations.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 4–7 years of experience in strategy, planning, operations, market research, or a related field.
• Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced Excel, statistical analysis, financial modeling, and data manipulation skills.
• SQL knowledge is required for sellout reporting and analysis.
• Strong business and financial acumen, problem-solving, relationship management, partnering, and consulting skills.
