Director of Product and Solutions Marketing (Enterprise Networking)

Location: Hybrid, with an average requirement of two days per week from an HPE office

Salary: USD 163,000–326,000 annually in Massachusetts; USD 163,000–347,500 annually in California; USD 143,500–347,500 annually in North Carolina and Texas. Variable incentives may also be offered.

What you will do

• Develop and execute product and solutions marketing plans for Wi-Fi and wired networking portfolios.
• Create product positioning, persona-based messaging, thought leadership content, and customer-focused narratives.
• Lead go-to-market planning and execution for product launches, feature releases, and solution campaigns.
• Build sales enablement materials, including presentations, battlecards, demos, training content, and competitive positioning.
• Develop customer success stories, case studies, testimonials, and advocacy programs.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, sales, partners, customer success, analyst relations, and marketing teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• 15+ years of total experience, including 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or product management.
• Extensive technical expertise in Wi-Fi and wired enterprise networking.
• Strong knowledge of Wi-Fi, switching, network management, security, and cloud-managed networking.
• Experience with product positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategies, sales enablement, and product launches.
• Strong presentation, communication, storytelling, collaboration, and stakeholder-influence skills.
