What you will do

• Manage professional employees and/or supervisors while building effective marketing and cross-functional teams.
• Develop business and marketing plans, product positioning, pricing strategies, and marketing tools for product introductions.
• Assess market penetration, competitive positioning, revenue opportunities, and market share.
• Recommend investment decisions for new product development and conduct competitive analysis for products and product lines.
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sales to develop and enhance products and communicate market needs and timelines.
• Support field teams with account strategies and opportunity optimization.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of product marketing concepts, theories, and principles.
• Understanding of the semiconductor industry and how marketing contributes to business objectives.
• Ability to identify and resolve technical, operational, and organizational problems.
• Ability to guide, influence, and persuade internal and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.
