What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Conduct outbound calls, appointment setting, lobby engagement, and service-to-sales conversations.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and financial solutions.
• Build customer loyalty and increase share of wallet through personalized experiences and ecosystem partnerships.
• Resolve customer problems using banking product and procedural knowledge.
• Support daily branch operations while following policies, procedures, and risk controls.

Requirements

• Typically 3 or more years of related experience or banking product knowledge.
• Typically an associate degree or equivalent experience; a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, prospecting, selling, and customer needs analysis.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Must work in the Durham, North Carolina branch environment.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
