What you will do

• Build and oversee predictive and prescriptive models using statistical and machine-learning methodologies.
• Deliver data science applications, studies, and proofs of concept through project teams and technology partnerships.
• Consult with business users, analyze requirements, and recommend solutions for changing business needs.
• Develop advanced analytics using supervised and unsupervised machine learning, statistical analysis, deep learning, predictive modeling, and Gen AI.
• Collaborate with data science and statistical teams, business partners, and senior Operations leaders while mentoring junior colleagues.
• Create standard KPIs, reports, and statistical analyses while maintaining data and study integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in statistics, mathematics, analytics, bioinformatics, data science, or an equivalent field; a PhD is also accepted.
• At least 4 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree, 2 years with a master’s degree, or no minimum experience with a PhD.
• Intermediate proficiency in R, Python, or other statistical packages, with knowledge of statistical and data-mining techniques.
• Intermediate proficiency with Power BI, Spotfire, Tableau, or equivalent visualization tools.
• Intermediate proficiency with Dataiku, Snowflake, Databricks, or equivalent data science platforms.
• Effective communication, problem-solving, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with machine learning and other advanced analytics techniques.
