Product Pre-Sales Engineer, AI (Agentic AI and Contact Center): Designing, building, and demonstrating AI-driven customer engagement solutions with an accent on conversational AI, RAG-based knowledge retrieval, voice technologies, and enterprise integrations. Focus on delivering proof-of-value implementations, architecting CRM and business-system integrations, and demonstrating agent observability, evaluation, and multi-agent orchestration.

What you will do
- Lead discovery calls and technical deep dives across the Agentic AI portfolio, including intelligent virtual agents, knowledge management, agent assist, and proactive AI.
- Design and deliver customized product demonstrations and presentations focused on customer experience outcomes.
- Prepare differentiated responses to RFIs and RFPs for complex enterprise software sales.
- Design, build, and execute proof-of-value implementations to demonstrate real-world value.
- Track competitive positioning, market trends, and emerging AI, digital, and cloud technologies.
- Provide technical expertise and upskill adjacent teams on Agentic AI solutions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in solutions engineering, pre-sales, or sales architecture for complex enterprise software sales.
- 7+ years of consulting or customer engagement experience and 5+ years of contact center experience with strong CCaaS knowledge.
- Hands-on experience configuring and demonstrating AI agent flows, including intent design, LLM tuning, RAG-based retrieval, and agent orchestration in Cognigy or a comparable platform.
- Working knowledge of SIP, WebRTC, IVR, voice gateway design, REST APIs, microservices, OAuth, SAML, and OIDC.
- Understanding of AI observability, evaluation, feedback loops, reliability metrics, guardrail testing, and security or compliance frameworks such as PCI DSS.
- Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, DOM, browser developer tools, basic Python or JavaScript scripting, and MCP, A2A, and multi-agent orchestration concepts.
