What you will do
- Create and review federal reporting artifacts, including WARs, SITREPs, after-action reports, executive summaries, and briefings.
- Write clear and accurate content aligned with federal and military reporting standards.
- Evaluate submissions for clarity, accuracy, compliance, formatting, and reporting conventions.
- Develop reference responses and source materials for federal reporting scenarios.
- Create grading rubrics and evaluation criteria for AI-generated reports.
- Provide expert feedback on task design and participate in review cycles to maintain quality and consistency.
Requirements
- 3+ years of federal reporting or staff writing experience, preferably with the U.S. Department of Defense.
- Experience preparing federal or military reports such as WARs, MARs, SITREPs, after-action reports, and executive summaries.
- Knowledge of military writing, federal documentation standards, Department of Defense procedures, and compliance practices.
- Experience developing reporting methodologies, evaluation criteria, grading rubrics, or training materials.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- U.S.-based experience handling confidential information in federal or military environments is required.
Nice to have
- Background with one or more U.S. military branches.
- Prior experience with AI evaluation projects.
