Senior Project Manager - Water/Wastewater (Water/Wastewater/Stormwater)

Salary: Starting at $125,000 per year; final compensation depends on qualifications, experience, and licensing status.

What you will do

• Lead the planning, design, and construction completion of water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure projects.
• Direct technical development for supply, storage, collection, distribution, treatment, pumping, and conveyance systems.
• Deliver projects within established budgets, schedules, and client expectations.
• Prepare construction documents, plans, specifications, cost estimates, and project schedules.
• Supervise and mentor design engineers and technical staff while coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Support proposals, strategic client pursuits, client management, and meetings with municipal officials, permitting agencies, developers, engineers, and contractors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in water, wastewater, or stormwater planning, design, and construction administration.
• Experience as a lead design engineer or project manager, including project delivery leadership, task prioritization, and mentoring.
• Current Professional Engineer license in Ohio or the ability to obtain it within six months.
• Strong technical expertise in water, wastewater, and stormwater engineering.

• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
