Investment Operations Manager II (F) - Derivatives

Location: Remote within select geographic locations, with candidates based close to the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania or Cleveland, Ohio hubs and occasional in-office participation required.

Base salary: $70,125–$116,875 annually, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end payment processing, control, and oversight for OTC and cleared derivatives.
• Manage payment reconciliation and ensure accurate, timely settlement of cash flows across global markets.
• Lead and develop a team of payment operations professionals.
• Resolve complex exceptions and escalations in partnership with Trading, Operations, Treasury, Collateral Management, Technology, and external counterparties.
• Drive process improvements, scalable solutions, operational resiliency, and regulatory compliance.
• Own the control framework, monitor risk indicators, and manage risk mitigation and business continuity activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant industry experience, or an equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience.
• At least 2 years of prior managerial experience in an operations or production environment.
• Deep knowledge of derivatives operations, settlement processes, and financial market infrastructure.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
• FINRA Series 99 and applicable hirify.globalWM supervision licenses: Series 7, 24 or 9/10, and 66 or 63/65.
• Must be based close to the Pittsburgh or Cleveland hub; visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not provided.
