Expert IAM Compliance & Control Specialist (IAM)

Location: Katowice, Poland (Zabrska 19)

Salary: 13,000–16,500 PLN gross per month

What you will do

• Drive and improve IAM control testing across services, including documentation and test quality.
• Identify control gaps, risks, and opportunities for automation and simplification.
• Track improvement actions and ensure timely delivery.
• Support IAM services in meeting internal standards and external regulations, including SOX and DORA requirements.
• Maintain audit-ready IAM tools, documentation, and evidence.
• Coordinate audit activities and communication between auditors, engineers, service owners, and product managers.

Requirements

• Experience in IAM, IT security, or compliance.
• Understanding of access management concepts and controls.
• Experience supporting audits, such as SOX or similar processes.
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders and drive discussions.
• Strong communication skills, structured approach, and attention to detail.
• Good spoken and written English; willingness to work as a substitute for a fixed-term position.

Nice to have

• Experience with IAM tools or large-scale environments.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as SOX and DORA.
• Experience in control testing or audit coordination.
• Experience in banking or another regulated environment.
