Salary: 13,000 – 16,500 PLN gross

What you will do

• Drive and improve IAM control testing across services, enhancing documentation and test quality.
• Identify gaps and risks, and find opportunities for automation and simplification of controls.
• Support IAM services in meeting internal standards and external regulations, including PCS and DORA.
• Manage SOX processes for IAM services, focusing on documentation and test approach improvements.
• Ensure IAM tools, documentation, and evidence remain audit-ready.
• Coordinate audit activities and facilitate communication between auditors and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Experience in IAM, IT security, or compliance.
• Deep understanding of access management concepts and controls.
• Proven experience supporting audits (e.g., SOX).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• English: Good spoken and written proficiency.
• Willingness to work as a substitute for a fixed term.

• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as SOX and DORA.
• Experience with IAM tools in large-scale environments.
• Background in banking or other highly regulated environments.
• Experience in control testing or audit coordination.
