Burleson RX Tech - Pharmacy Tech - Full Time

Location: Burleson, Texas, United States; onsite retail pharmacy role

What you will do

• Process written and third-party prescriptions in RxEVO, verify patient information, and manage adjudication issues.
• Assemble, count, measure, reconstitute, verify, and label prescriptions according to the required checks.
• Manage pharmacy inventory, invoices, warehouse and DSD orders, deliveries, returns, and stock discrepancies.
• Maintain automated prescription processing equipment and complete RxIMS reports.
• Coordinate prescription screening, flu shot scheduling, immunization scheduling, and other professional services.
• Protect patient health information and support pharmacy standards, facility upkeep, and compliance procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older.
• Active Texas registration as a certified pharmacy technician (CPhT) is required.
• At least one year of experience as an active retail Certified Pharmacy Technician; three or more years of pharmacy experience is preferred.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of pharmacy management tasks, RxEVO, pharmacy SOPs, computer systems, and mathematical measurements.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, stand for up to 12 hours, and lift 30 pounds or more.

Nice to have

• Three or more years of pharmacy experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
