Security Operations Specialist

What you will do

• Detect, analyze, and respond promptly to security incidents.
• Develop SIEM detection logic, tune alerts, and contribute to a detection-as-code workflow.
• Harden Linux systems and monitor system security.
• Analyze network traffic and monitor security events.
• Create and maintain security documentation, playbooks, and procedures.
• Contribute to threat modelling and risk management while collaborating with engineering, product, operations, and penetration testing teams.

Requirements

• IT security education or professional experience.
• At least 2 years of experience working in a Security Operations Center.
• Experience with incident response, SIEM solutions, and detection logic development.
• Experience working in Linux environments.
• Strong interest in emerging cybersecurity threats and technologies.
• Written and spoken English required.

Nice to have

• Automation and scripting for CI/CD workflows.
• Endpoint security experience with EDR or XDR.
