What you will do

• Design, implement, and manage security controls and processes to protect systems and data.
• Collaborate with IT, cloud, and development teams to integrate security best practices into all stages of the SDLC.
• Lead the process of documenting systems and services, ensuring all security-related aspects are accurately captured.
• Develop and maintain security documentation, including policies, procedures, audit processes, and guidelines.
• Assist technical teams in implementing security requirements to ensure ongoing compliance and integrity.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technology solutions.

Requirements

• Broad understanding of technical security concepts, including network security, application security, and data protection.
• Strong skills in creating and managing comprehensive documentation with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to convey complex security concepts clearly.
• English proficiency at B2/C1 level.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing security issues.
• Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Relevant security certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CISM.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the telecommunications or IT industry.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and standards (e.g., CIS Controls) and security tools.
