Security & Compliance Engineer (Robotics)

Location: Hybrid work from Warsaw, Poland with regular office presence

What you will do

• Own the day-to-day ISO 27001 and SOC 2 compliance posture in Vanta, including evidence, controls, audits, and remediation.
• Define security standards for endpoints, identity, networks, and secure remote access, and verify implementation by the outsourced IT provider.
• Develop policies for AI tooling usage, including evaluation, access, and data handling controls.
• Run third-party risk assessments and respond to customer security questionnaires.
• Monitor and respond to security events through SIEM alert triage, investigation, and detection improvements.
• Collaborate with DevOps and Infrastructure on security across cloud, edge, and OT environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in information security, IT security, or a similar role.
• Practical knowledge of endpoint and identity security, including MDM, SSO, SAML, and access control models.
• Solid understanding of network security architecture, segmentation, trust boundaries, and secure remote access.
• Hands-on experience with ISO 27001, SOC 2, or a similar GRC framework, including third-party risk assessment and security questionnaires.
• Ability to write and review security policies and automate tasks with Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar scripting tools.
• Fluent English communication and willingness to work hybrid from Warsaw with regular office attendance.

Nice to have

• Experience with Vanta or similar GRC platforms such as Drata or Tugboat Logic.
• Familiarity with SIEM tools, especially Wazuh.
• Exposure to OT, industrial, edge, or hardware environments.
• Cloud security experience, preferably with GCP.
• Background in a technology scaleup.
