TL;DR

Senior Fullstack Developer (AI): Building scalable full-stack applications for Capgemini’s global AI platform with an accent on React, Node.js, Python, enterprise integrations, and AI-powered experiences. Focus on designing distributed microservices, implementing RAG workflows and conversational features, and supporting secure cloud-native deployments.

Location: Hybrid work in Katowice, Wrocław, Opole, Gdańsk, Lublin, Kraków, Poznań, or Warszawa, Poland. Office attendance is combined with working from home after onboarding.

What you will do

Design, develop, and evolve scalable full-stack applications for a global AI platform.
Build high-performance user experiences with React and modern frontend technologies.
Develop backend services and APIs with JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Express, and NestJS.
Create Python components for AI capabilities, automation, and data processing.
Implement integrations between AI services, enterprise systems, and business applications.
Develop conversational experiences, RAG workflows, intelligent response generation, and cloud-native deployments.

Requirements

Senior-level full-stack software engineering experience.
Strong React and modern frontend architecture expertise.
Backend development experience with Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and API design.
Strong Python skills and experience with distributed systems, microservices, and enterprise integrations.
Understanding of authentication, authorization, security, scalable architecture, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
Experience with cloud platforms, preferably GCP, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and production-grade environments; a Computer Science or Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
