TL;DR
Senior Frontend Engineer - AI (React/TypeScript): Building AI-driven employee experiences across conversational agents, agent management tools, and multi-modal interfaces with an accent on agent interoperability, streaming UX, and end-to-end architecture. Focus on designing secure and observable systems across Python services and React surfaces, leading architectural decisions, and mentoring engineers.
Location: Hybrid work model — 2 days in the office and 3 days remote

What you will do
- Define the technical vision for the AI Agents tribe across backend and frontend systems.
- Design and implement end-to-end solutions spanning Python microservices, APIs, data layers, and React/TypeScript interfaces.
- Drive architectural decisions involving MCP, A2A, AG-UI, streaming patterns, service boundaries, data modeling, and state management.
- Plan and deliver projects across multiple teams, translating roadmap goals into technical strategies and estimates.
- Set engineering standards for testing, performance, observability, security, and reliability.
- Mentor frontend engineers and share technical knowledge through design documents, articles, and presentations.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Deep expertise in TypeScript and React, with experience working in large monorepos.
- Ability to design scalable, maintainable, secure systems end to end.
- Experience with testing across the stack, including pytest, Jest, React Testing Library, Storybook, and Playwright.
- Fluent English and the ability to communicate complex technical decisions to engineering, product, and leadership stakeholders.
- Knowledge of authentication, authorization, tenant isolation, observability, and resilient service design.
Nice to have
- Backend development experience with Python services.
- Experience or strong interest in MCP, A2A, AG-UI, SSE, WebSockets, Google Gemini, Mistral, Vertex AI, Google ADK, or Strands Agents.
