Lead Data Warehouse & ETL Architect (Informatica, Oracle)

Location: Hybrid working model in Gdańsk, Warszawa, Kraków, Poznań, or Wrocław, Poland; office and home working are available after onboarding.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and optimize ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter.
• Support, maintain, and enhance enterprise-scale Data Warehouse environments.
• Develop and maintain solutions with SQL, PL/SQL, Python, Java, and Shell Scripting.
• Improve ETL architecture and optimize batch processing.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders and IT teams.
• Analyze and resolve production incidents, support releases and deployments, maintain documentation, and contribute to testing and Data Warehouse architecture.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Informatica PowerCenter and advanced knowledge of Oracle databases, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Practical experience with Python, Java, and Shell Scripting.
• Solid understanding of ETL design, batch processing, Data Warehouse architecture, and data modeling tools such as PowerDesigner.
• Experience in enterprise-scale production Data Warehouse environments, software testing methodologies, regression testing, Agile ways of working, JIRA, and Kanban.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, collaboration, ownership, and documentation skills.
• Strong English skills and German at B2 level or higher are required.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated financial environments, including BAIT or MaRisk.
• Experience with change and release management processes.
• Knowledge of automotive, banking, or leasing domains.
