Senior Data Engineer in Risk Reporting

Location: Warsaw, Poland (Pańska 97)

Salary: 9,600–18,000 PLN for Senior Specialist or 13,000–22,000 PLN for Expert positions.

What you will do

• Support the creation of data marts and develop automated data-processing solutions.
• Design and implement data models for analytical and reporting needs.
• Design and implement reporting dashboards based on credit-risk data.
• Build ETL workflows and optimize data structures with data architects.
• Prepare functional and non-functional documentation.
• Collect, analyze, and document business requirements while proposing new data-processing solutions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Mathematics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in data reporting and data management, including data modeling and reporting solutions.
• Hands-on experience with SAS 4GL or Python.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, SAS Visual Analytics, or IBM Cognos.
• Good knowledge of English; C1 is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with data warehouse environments and ETL processing using different tools.
• Experience or affinity with business lending, consumer lending, and credit risk management.
